Salad Ingredients:
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 T sesame seeds
1/2 head medium cabbage, thinly sliced
1 can (10 oz) bean sprouts, drained
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing Ingredients:
Seasoning packet from Raman noodles
1/2 cup olive oil
4 T soy sauce
3 T apple cider vinegar
1 T sugar
1/4 t pepper
Topping Ingredients:
3 oz. Raman noodles, uncooked and broken into pieces (oriental or beef flavored)
Small or Large can chow mein noodles
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients. Chill until serving time. Shake dressing ingredients and toss with salad immediately before serving. Top with topping ingredients.
